Admission Procedure

Admission's Procedure at The Hope Grammar School:

Admissions start for 15th of March every year and student's have to go through an initial  admission test. If they pass the admission test(50 marks test existing on English, Math., Urdu, Science and Computer), they are allowed admission on stipulated terms and conditions as below:

1.The student would have to abide by all the rules and regulations set by the institution.

2. He/she would make extreme efforts to maintain the discipline in the School. He will be expelled from the school after a warning for any violation of discipline .

3. Students would be bound to attend the special functions on different occasions like National and International days, Annual functions.

4. A student may be expelled from the school after a short warning if his/her parents fail to pay the outstanding dues for consecutive two months.

5. The student will be expelled from the school if the student fails to keep the required level of studies and fails to maintain the passing criteria of routine tests due to lack of interest, lack of parents involvement etc.

Documents required for Admission at The Hope Grammar School:

1.Children's Form-B / Union Council Birth Certificate

2. Passport Size Photos 04

3. Copy of father's CNIC

4. Complete Filled admission form with parents signatures

5. Declaration regarding students support and regular payments of dues.

6. Certificate of School leaving from Previous school (for class one or above)
